All Lost Ark servers and regions will be coming down for a hotfix tonight, on April 13th at 12 AM PT / 7 AM UTC / 9 AM CET with an expected downtime of approximately 2 hours.
This hotfix will include the following fixes:
For players that have lost access to Punika, please ensure that you have completed the storylines of previous continents (such as Feiton).
Additionally, the team is aware of the bug where the Special Training Mode for Hard Mode Prokel is not available in Trixion. We will let you know when we have a resolution for this issue.

This hotfix will include the following fixes:
- Players who lost triport, docking, and Ocean Liner access to South Vern while doing South Vern World Quests will once again be able to travel to the continent with these methods.
For players that have lost access to Punika, please ensure that you have completed the storylines of previous continents (such as Feiton).
