Economy/Progression - Trade Skills - Crafting

• Fixed an issue that allowed players to increase their minimum Crafting Gear Score more than intended.

Combat/AI - World AI

• Fixed an issue in the quest ‘Unexpected Prisoner’ that caused Fulgoris to get stuck or not spawn.
